Shipping Policy - No Outsiders* At No Outsiders, we prioritize delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please take a moment to review our Shipping Policy:

*Processing Time:* - Orders placed before 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the same business day. - Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) will be processed on the next business day.

*Shipping Timeframe:* - Our standard shipping timeframe is 7 to 10 business days. - Please note that this timeframe is an estimate, and actual delivery may vary based on the shipping address and external factors beyond our control. *Business Days:* - Business days are considered Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

*Order Tracking:* - Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

*International Shipping:* - For international orders, shipping times may vary, and additional customs fees or duties may apply. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

*Multiple Items:* - If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately to expedite the delivery process.

*Address Accuracy:* - Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

*Delays:* - While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or other factors may impact delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

1. Exchanges are only permitted for items that are currently in stock at our physical store. We cannot process exchanges for items that are sold out.

2. To be eligible for an exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition with tags attached. Worn or tagless items are not eligible for exchange.

3. The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item(s) to our store for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your convenience.

4. We will cover the shipping costs associated with sending the exchanged item(s) back to you.

5. Please note that the exchange process may take some time due to shipping, processing, and reshipping. We appreciate your patience throughout this process.

Refund Policy:

1. Refunds will only be processed for garments that have not been worn and still have their original tags attached.

2. A stocking fee will be applied to all returns based on the number of items being returned. The fee starts at 15% and may vary depending on the quantity of items.

3. The return process may take up to 10 days, including our processing time and any banking processing fees. We appreciate your patience during this period.

4. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and reason for the return.

5. Once the return is approved, the refund amount will be processed, minus the applicable stocking fee, and credited to the original payment method.
